FILM FACED PLYWOOD MEGAPLEX (CHINA.PREMIUM CLASS)
Megaplex is a very high quality Chinese film faced plywood. It is produced under MEGAPLEX logo for our company only. We have marked each side of the panels with the trademark MEGAPLEX and specification WBP GLUE BROWN FFPLYWOOD A/A GRADE. MIP Group offers to its Bulgarian and foreign partners very good quality film faced plywood with that product. Our company has huge quantities MEGAPLEX for export stocked in our storage in Varna. We realize fast orders and delivery to Stip, Skopie, Strumitca in Macedonia, Serbia and Romania.
MEGAPLEX is film faced plywood with highest technical specification. Produced in China. This is top quality film faced plywood imported in Bulgaria. Size of every sheet: 1220x2440x21мм (+/-3), poplar core, 13 plies, WBP glue 220-240g/m2. Grade A/A. Weight 33-35Kg. Package – plywood. 45 pieces in a pallet.
Every sheet and pallet sign is: WBP GLUE BROWN FF PLYWOOD A/A GRADE . This is PREMIUM QUALITY. Only MIP Group is importer of that product. Our company has the rights over the product, the logo .
The film faced plywood MEGAPLEX is produced as top quality shuttering panels. You can use it over 10 times. You should follow the instructions for use of panels so to use many times .
It’s important to know that film faced plywood MEGAPLEX is not finger joint core. You can not meet inside concrete or old parts of plywood. MEGAPLEX is brand new poplar core film faced plywood made of 13 plies poplar new veneer. We use WBP glue. This is TWO hot pressed plywood. High quality of every panel is guaranteed.
- For reference the Finger Joint Core (recycled) film faced plywood is made by used plywood parts. Composed by a machine and all that sanded. Than 2 new veneer plies used on both sides. And filmed after that. The finger joint core plywood has same outside view as the poplar core but in most panels you can meet sand and concrete and quality is very poor. You can use 1-3 times.

This type of RECYCLED-Filmfaced-Plywood is one of the cheapest formwork panels on the market. The core is recycled poplar wood from china, which has been finger-joined and laminated – or also known as a “Laminboard-FJL” – on which a new veneer is applied – to then a cheaper Chinese formwork film on both sides. Just by using recycled wood and gluing small bands into the core, the panel is very cheap, but it is on the other hand not advisable to saw this board into narrow strips or small pieces. Only suitable for very simple one-time formwork, without specific requirements.

The 1THP type of poplar filmfaced plywood is an answer (especially for the French market) to have an even cheaper variant on the 2THP-type Filmfaced Plywood. This formwork panel – in the very low price segment – went through the cold press once, was not specially calibrated for thickness and then went directly (with the film) through the hot press once. The result is a very cheaper concrete shuttering plywood, which because it was not calibrated may show thickness differences and has some minor defects in the film. The formwork sheet is only suitable for very simple formwork work, without high demands. The difference with the even cheaper recycled plywood is that 1THP can be sawn into small strips/sizes.

The 2THP-type in poplar filmfaced plywood is one of the best-selling type in the low price segment. It is a poplar concrete shuttering plywood with a class-2 bond, which went through the cold press once, then through the hot press, to be sanded once afterwards and together with the formwork film went through the hot press a second time. The result is a cheaper formwork panel for simple formwork work, where there are no high demands.

We remain in the low-cost segment, but on this type: “3THP Q-Premium” Filmfaced Poplar Plywood, extra attention has been paid to quality. A perfectly smooth “red-brown” Dynea film (of 130gr) was provided on both sides. A water-resistant bonding (EN314-2 Cl.2) was used and extra attention was paid to the core construction. In which the base-panel went through the cold press once, calibrated and sanded two times and the hot press was used three times. The panel is correctly calibrated in thickness and has a smooth surface on both sides. The biggest difference with the 2THP is that the 3THP, just before applying the film, the panel was extra calibrated (on thickness and flatness of the supporting panel), slightly more attention was paid to the layer structure and the film is a DYNEA-Film of red-brown colour.

HW-COMBI Filmfaced Plywood “Hardwood-Combi” has a slightly higher density due to the proportion of hardwood in the core, this compared to the cheaper poplar concrete plywood. The panel is therefore slightly more stable and also receives a standard 120gr concrete shuttering film, which makes it belong in the “low price-quality segment”.
(We keep only a limited volume in stock of this type of panel.)

100% Mixed Light Hardwood EN314-2 Cl.2 [E1] – FILM reinforced 240gr
The “OX-SUPERFILM-240” filmfaced plywood is with us, one of the best-selling concrete plywood. This superior concrete plywood was developed exclusively and together with a professional manufacturer in China, to meet predetermined standards. The board receives a 240gr high-quality formwork film, with the well-known logo on one side. (There is no logo on the back side). 100% hardwood is used in the core and the technique of machine core-building applied, to have quasi no core-gaps or quasi no overlaps in the base panel. The producer also aims for EN314-2 Class-3 bonding and is tested in China at Class-III. We test the board on a regular basis in Europe – in an independent lab – and cautiously, we give that board an EN314-2 Class-2+. The shuttering board is suitable for protected outdoor use for multiple shuttering jobs.
The “OX-SUPERFILM-240” is the perfect solution – between the cheaper chinese-poplar-plywood’s – and the expensive birch-plywood’s or Indo-Lauan-plywood’s, on the market…

This is one of the BIGGEST FORMATS or a JUMBO-BETONPLEX 2000x5400mm !!! available on the european market. The formwork board is produced in China in a specially selected factory, which only uses 100% hardwood and where a Superheavy Film of no less than 440gr is placed (instead of a standard 120gr). This jumbo concrete plywood is especially suitable for seamless formwork.
