GENERAL FEATURES (EN 636)

Poplar plywoods and multi-layers can be classified according to the look/features of the external surfaces of the panel, and to the kind of glueing involved.

I.C.T.A. exclusively uses glues which abide by class E1 (formaldehyde Gas < 0.35 mg/m3 ) as per  ACGIH 1992 – 1993 and following regulations.

GLUEING CLASSES (EN 314 )

Class 1: dry environment (suitable for interiors and dry environments)

Glue: urea resin

Class 2: damp environment (suitable for exteriors and damp environments)

Glue: melamine/urea resin

SURFACES FEATURES  ( EN 635-2 )

All features classes are available, for the top surface as well as the back one:

II, III, IV.

Length: 1850 / 2200 / 2300

Width: from 900 to 1850

Thickness: from 10 to 20 mm
